and about the 12th time table: you increase 1 to the number you are multiplying with after the multiple of 4,12x2=24,12x3=36,12x4=48,12x5=(6)0,12x6=(7)2,12x7=(8)4,12x9=108 before the multiple of 4 you put the same number you multiply with and its double aside.
and about the second number, it is 0,2,4,8 (the multiple of 2) this way you can remember the 10 of the 9th multiple easily
