How To Deal With People You Hate

A free willed person should not accept dealing with people he hates unless it is mandatory to deal with them due to relationship reasons or professional reasons.

Actually if a person is financially free he will be free to deal with whom he like and will not deal with people he hates but most of the time those who work for a job deal with people they hate which is above their will and they should deal with it.

There are other types of people who believe that they shouldn’t hate anybody because hatred is wrong attitude, while this belief is right they dismiss the idea that they also deal with people they hate but they don’t recognize this is mainly because they are not totally honest with themselves so they deal with people they hate believing that they love them like anyone else, these people feel bad around people they hate and they don’t know what to do about it.

A free willed person will not deal with someone he hates unless he want to feel bad and no one want to feel bad unless he is not aware what makes him feels bad, in this case a person should increase his awareness about his feeling by being honest to himself. Definition of honesty with oneself: Honesty with oneself is to say what you feel and feel what you say without any under covered intentions toward whom you are talking to.

I once didn’t have the awareness about my feelings and whether I like a person or a group or not, I thought that I should deal with everyone and to adapt with people that I didn’t feel comfortable around because I believed this is part of being successful.

I found that whenever I feel bad it is reflected on all my relationships with whom I like too and would like to build better relationships with them so that was a sign that I shouldn’t deal with people I hate not to feel bad.
