3)to persuade you should show appreciation for the audience point of view, sells the benefit of proposal and support the benefits with facts and argument .
4)to entertain you should avoid telling jocks and tell to the audience an amusing anecdotes based on your own experience.
5)to promote discussion you should present a set of options, listen to the audience view, and answer audience questions.
You vary your presentation style according to the audience.

Andy uses persuasion presentation style when there is changes in ideas and he has to sell proposal to the audience.

A discussion presentation style is best when you have to take a decision for the audience, you present options first, and find out audience views, so that you can take there preference into account.
