I've just finished college Engineering, communication department, that got A+ marks in each turning year through my entire studying years.
And to reduce anxiety you should always have faith that you will get high marks because you did your best studying for the exam, revising it several times, solving as much exams as you did, so feeling anxious when a colleague says something you may not know is a signal of less of faith in yourself, so you should increase it.
