How to manage your time effectively part 3

But, what should I write in each block?

  • write your important- urgent tasks in the upper left block (i.e:things that need to be done this week and can't be postponed)

  • and your important non urgent things in the block below it(i.e:things that is important but can be postponed to the next week)

  • write the non-important urgent things on the upper right block(i.e:like the urgent phone calls and other

    calling and interrupting non important things)

  • your non-important non-urgent things should be written on the lower right block (i.e:like hang outs in the middle of the week that may waste your time)

You should illuminate the bottom right block(non-important, non-urgent) throught the week, and also the top-right block (the non-important, urgent) should be decreased to the least, and you have to take care of your enegy through the day

Does energy and time related to each others?

Early morning (8am-3pm), you are at your most alerted time through your day(the peak), so you can use it to take decisions and to do things that needs more analytical thinking (writing your time matrix, studying math related subjects, psychology, economics, finance or any other subject that needs analytic thinking)
