But, what should I write in each block?
- write your important- urgent tasks in the upper left block (i.e:things that need to be done this week and can't be postponed)
- and your important non urgent things in the block below it(i.e:things that is important but can be postponed to the next week)
- write the non-important urgent things on the upper right block(i.e:like the urgent phone calls and other
calling and interrupting non important things)
- your non-important non-urgent things should be written on the lower right block (i.e:like hang outs in the middle of the week that may waste your time)
You should illuminate the bottom right block(non-important, non-urgent) throught the week, and also the top-right block (the non-important, urgent) should be decreased to the least, and you have to take care of your enegy through the day
